SANCHITA CHATTERJEE,May 15, Kolkata: Narayana Group of Schools, West Bengal has once again set an example of remarkable success in the CBSE Class XII Board Examination Results 2026. Narayana student Bhumija N is at the top of the list with 98.8% marks.

In addition, a total of 27 students scored 97% and above. Among the toppers in various departments, Sharanya Majumdar scored the highest marks in the Science department (98%), Olivia Mondal in the Humanities department (97.8%) and Sanvi Agarwal in the Commerce department (96.6%), which is a shining example of the success of Narayana Schools.


This year, a total of 2,144 students appeared for the exam, out of which Narayana Schools' overall pass rate stood at 95.4%. This result is the result of the institution's dedicated work, disciplined education system, and the indomitable perseverance of the students.

Following a long-standing dispute, the West Bengal government has taken a significant step toward clearing the outstanding Dearness Allowance (DA) dues of state government employees and pensioners. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee made an announcement regarding this matter on Sunday afternoon, prior to the declaration of the election schedule in the state.
