  Reported by Sanchita Chatterjee: More than 45 young pioneers from West Bengal have departed for New Delhi to participate in the 'Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue 2026'. The state delegation was formally given a send-off from the Victoria Memorial before the national dialogue with the Prime Minister. Over 50 lakh young people from across the country participated; the selected representatives will attend the VBYLD 2026, which will be held at Bharat Mandapam.

  Reported by Sanchita chatterjee  The Reserve Bank has cancelled the  registration certificates of 35 non-banking financial institutions for failing to comply with regulatory guidelines. : The Reserve Bank has cancelled the registration certificates of 35 non-banking financial institutions for failing to comply with regulatory guidelines. 🔹The central bank has stated that these entities will no longer be permitted to conduct business as non-banking financial institutions. 🔹The Reserve Bank has advised the public to verify the regulatory status of financial institutions before engaging in any financial transactions.

 Bharat Sevashram Sangha deploys 1,500 volunteers to manage the crowd at the Gangasagar Mela Every year, millions of devotees from West Bengal, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab, and various other parts of the country come to participate in the Gangasagar Mela. Managing this massive crowd, ensuring the safety of the pilgrims, and providing necessary assistance becomes a major challenge for the administration. To prevent accidents and provide necessary support, Bharat Sevashram Sangha has started large-scale preparations for this year's Gangasagar Mela. Swami Vishwatmananda Maharaj, the General Secretary of the Sangha, announced at a press conference at the Sangha's headquarters in Ballygunge, Kolkata, on Wednesday that this year there will be more than 1,500 trained volunteers.
