Quick thinking by the driver and local residents ensured all children were safely evacuated before the flames spread. The incident took place around 7:45 AM when the bus, ferrying nearly 30 students to a private school, was passing through the busy PATKA Para area. Eyewitnesses said smoke began rising from the engine compartment. The driver, noticing the flames, immediately pulled over and opened the doors, shouting for the children to get out.
