 Convoy reduction: Sources say that the number of vehicles in the Prime Minister's convoy has been reduced by 50 percent or more. Sanchita chatterjee: Instructions: The Special Protection Group or SPG has been instructed to reduce the number of vehicles in the convoy.  in the context of fuel conservation and fuel crisis, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has set an example by reducing the number of vehicles in his convoy. He ordered this reduction in his convoy after giving a message of fuel conservation to the common man at a public meeting in Hyderabad.   Even though the number of vehicles in the convoy has been reduced, security arrangements have been maintained as per SPG protocol. In this time of fuel crisis, he had appealed to the common man to reduce fuel consumption and save.
