Great News for all Mobile

Reported by Sanchita chatterjee: Replacing the long-standing and confusing 28-day recharge cycle, the government has now directed telecom companies to introduce proper 30-day recharge plans.

As a result, customers will benefit from a more transparent billing system, fewer hassles, and better value for their money. Previously, the 28-day plan effectively required users to perform nearly one extra recharge per year—an additional expense that, unbeknownst to many, quietly inflated their costs.

This significant decision was taken following the matter being raised in Parliament.

Although it may seem like a minor change, for millions of ordinary citizens, this comes as a source of immense relief.

Greater transparency, greater fairness—a positive step towards customer-friendly policies.
