Filling Vacancies A pledge has been made to swiftly fill all vacant positions across government departments should the BJP form the government in the state.


Rozgar Mela' (Employment Fair) It has been announced that, much like in other BJP-ruled states, regular 'Rozgar Melas' will be organized in West Bengal to distribute appointment letters.


Job Creation Assurances have been given regarding the creation of employment opportunities through the establishment of new industries and factories within the state, alongside efforts to improve the overall business and trade environment.


Direct Financial Benefited Under the 'Modi Guarantee' umbrella, provisions have been outlined to deliver direct financial benefits to the common people through various public welfare schemes (such as the *Kisan Nidhi* or other Central Government initiatives).
