PM Modi at NITI Aayog Governing Council Meeting, 1NEW DELHI -  Millions of farmers across India are waiting for the PM-Kisan 22nd Installment 2025-26. The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme provides ₹6000 per year in 3 equal installments of ₹2000 each to eligible farmers. The 22nd installment for 2025-26 is expected soon.

As of April 2026, the Government of India has not announced the exact date for the 22nd installment. The 21st installment was credited in June 2025. Based on past records, each installment comes after a gap of 4 months. Farmers should keep their bank account and eKYC updated to avoid payment delays.

How to Check PM-Kisan Beneficiary Status Online  

Farmers can check their payment status from home in 2 minutes. Follow these steps:

Go to the official website pmkisan.gov.in  

Click on "Farmers Corner" on the homepage  

Select "Beneficiary Status" option  

Enter your Aadhaar number, Account number, or Mobile number  

Click "Get Data" to see full status  

What Status Means on PM-Kisan Portal  

After entering details, farmers see different status messages. Here is what each means:

FTO Generated and Payment Confirmation Pending: This is good news. Your installment is processed and will reach your bank account in 2-3 working days. No action needed.

Payment Success: Money is credited to your bank account. Check your bank passbook or SMS.

No Record Found: Your application is not in the database. Complete new registration and verify land records.

Rft Signed, Wait for Approval: District authority has approved your file. Payment will be processed soon.

eKYC and Land Verification Mandatory for 22nd Installment  

From 2024, eKYC is 100% mandatory for all PM-Kisan beneficiaries. Without eKYC, you will not get the 22nd installment even if your name is in the list.

3 Ways to Complete eKYC:

OTP-based eKYC: On pmkisan.gov.in > eKYC > Enter Aadhaar OTP  

Biometric eKYC: Visit nearest CSC center with Aadhaar and fingerprint  

Face Authentication: Use PM-Kisan mobile app for face scan

Land verification is also compulsory. Contact your local agriculture office or Patwari to verify land records linked with your PM-Kisan ID.

PM-Kisan Beneficiary List 2025-26 Village Wise  

The state-wise and village-wise beneficiary list is updated every month. To check if your name is in the 22nd installment list:

Visit pmkisan.gov.in  

Click "Beneficiary List" under Farmers Corner  

Select State > District > Sub District > Village  

Click "Get Report" to see full list with installment details  

If your name shows with "Yes" in all 3 installments of 2024-25 and eKYC done, you will get 22nd installment automatically.

Common Reasons for Payment Failure  

Many farmers miss installments due to small errors. Check these before 22nd installment:

Bank account not linked with Aadhaar for DBT  

Wrong IFSC code or account number  

Name mismatch between Aadhaar and bank account  

Land records not verified by state government  

eKYC pending  

To fix errors, visit your bank branch for DBT seeding and contact agriculture department for land verification.
