Many users face "Validation Failed: must match" error while applying for Annapurna Yojana 2026. This usually happens when the category selected does not match the Aadhaar record.


Solution: 

1. Do not select "Others" category.

2. Choose the exact category mentioned on your Aadhaar - UR / SC / ST / OBC / UR-EWS.

3. After correcting, click Submit. You will receive a Reference Number.


If you still don't get a Reference Number, check the official portal status page or visit your nearest BDO office.
