The Punjab government has withdrawn the Z-plus security cover of Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha, days after AAP removed him as its deputy leader. However, the Centre swiftly stepped in, granting him Z-category security based on an Intelligence Bureau threat assessment. The move has sparked a major political row, with AAP accusing Chadha of having a covert understanding with the BJP.
