The Aam Aadmi Party has told the Rajya Sabha Secretariat that I should not be allowed to 'speak' in Parliament.

Is raising one's voice on behalf of the people in Parliament a crime?

Do not mistake my silence for 'defeat I am that river which, when the time comes, surges forth as a flood," says Raghav Chadha.
