A fresh controversy has erupted in Mohali over Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha, in which Swami Abhimukteswaranand has also expressed his views. During a podcast, Shankaracharya called Raghav Chadha a 'national asset' and commented that the party is actually harming itself in Raghav's case.

Shankaracharya expressed the opinion that the dynamics of politics are very diverse; many times the growing influence and prestige of a leader becomes a challenge to the top leadership of the party. He feels that Raghav Chadha is no longer just an ordinary party worker, but has emerged as a very powerful political figure in his own right.

Raghav Chadha shared some parts of Shankaracharya's statement on his social media accounts and paid deep respect to him, writing: "Humble obeisances at your holy feet."

It is worth noting that the Aam Aadmi Party recently removed Raghav Chadha from the post of deputy leader of the party in the Rajya Sabha. Not only that, a letter has also been sent to the Rajya Sabha Secretariat, requesting that Raghav not be allotted any time to speak on behalf of the party.

This entire sequence of events has sparked renewed debate about the party's internal dynamics and its leadership.
