  Reported by Sanchita chatterjee  kolkata : A special press conference was organized around the film "The Untold Story of BANERJEE" produced by R. k. Entertainment. The film's producer, story and screenwriter Junaid Khan, and director Rahul Saha were present. Sanju Bad Boy 99 worked as the DOP, MD Rajibul was the executive producer, Junaid Khan is in charge of music, lyrics and vocals, makeup artist Jannat Khan, and Rahul Saha is in charge of editing and graphics. Special thanks are given to Subhash Chakraborty, held at the Kolkata Press Club on March 2, 2026 at 4 pm. The production company made a special request to the media representatives to highlight various aspects of the film.

Following a long-standing dispute, the West Bengal government has taken a significant step toward clearing the outstanding Dearness Allowance (DA) dues of state government employees and pensioners. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee made an announcement regarding this matter on Sunday afternoon, prior to the declaration of the election schedule in the state. Notably, even before her announcement, the Finance Department had issued several notifications and memoranda on March 13, stating that the DA arrears—accrued between April 2008 and December 2019—would be cleared in a phased manner.
