​The Injury: A local woman watching the match was hit on the face by the ball, resulting in an immediate nosebleed and visible distress.  

 Fellow spectators quickly alerted stadium security and medical teams. She received immediate first aid on-site before being transported to SSKM Hospital for further treatment.
