A young man was seen sitting on a branch of a Kadam tree, approximately forty feet high, with a bag on his shoulder and a stick in his hand. However, no one knows when the young man climbed the tree. Local residents said that when they woke up on Monday morning, they saw a shirt lying under the tree. Later, they were astonished to see the young man sitting on the tree when they looked up. Although the locals repeatedly requested the young man to come down, he refused. The matter was then reported to the Shantipur Police Station, and police and fire department personnel arrived at the scene. Due to the stick in the young man's hand, the fire department personnel could not get close to him. Attempts to persuade him continued for a long time. After about two hours of effort, he was finally tempted with food brought from a nearby shop, and he eventually climbed down from the tree. The police then detained him and took him to the police station. The young man's name and identity are still unknown. Following this incident, local residents and fire department personnel breathed a sigh of relief after the young man was safely brought down from forty feet above the ground.
